Our privacy policy is simple and clear: your data is yours, and therefore we do not share your information with third parties without your authorization and consent, as described in this policy.

What we collect and why?

During the use of our services, we collect data provided by you about yourself, your company, employees, clients, contacts, and information collected automatically, according to the purposes below.

Identity and access

In order for you to identify yourself and securely access our services, we collect and store personal information such as name, email, phone number, and access password. We also use this information to personalize your usage experience.

Billing and invoicing

To perform billing and invoicing for our services, we request that you provide the necessary payment information for issuing invoices and processing payments in the banking network. We do not store or retain your banking or credit card information on our servers.

Website access

We use some services for behavior analysis and advertising campaign performance on our website. Specifically, we use Google Analytics for this purpose. Some information such as your IP address, pages visited, and information about the previously visited page may be collected and shared with this service provider.

Interactions with the product

When using our services, we use cookies and similar technologies to anonymously and collectively collect and analyze usage behavior of our products and services. This way, we can understand how to improve available resources and functionalities.

Cookies and advertising

Atendo displays ads and promotional pieces of its products and services on advertising networks such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Some of these media partners use cookies and similar technologies to improve the effectiveness and targeting of their campaigns.

How do we use or share information?

The legal basis for collecting and using the information described above is to provide the services requested by you, your employees, or customers.

Providing the requested service

To provide the requested services, we may need to use external suppliers and processors in order to fulfill the service. For example, to send you an email notification, we use an email service provider to ensure that the message reaches you. We maintain an updated list of data subprocessors on our website.

Answering and responding to your questions and suggestions

Every time you voluntarily send a message to our team, whether with questions, suggestions, or requests, we will use the information shared by you to meet your request.

Removing you from advertising

To ensure that you are not unnecessarily impacted by the advertising of our products and services, we send our media partners the anonymous identification (hash) of your email address so that you may be excluded from our advertising campaigns, whenever possible.

Diagnosis and error correction

We use error monitoring and prevention resources, which allow for punctual and detailed diagnosis for problem correction. Although these events are rare, access to this data and usage records is restricted to a very limited number of employees, and root cause analyses are always conducted to prevent the problem from recurring.

Investigating and preventing fraud and abuse

When we suspect that our services are being used in violation of our terms of use, or involve the abuse of infrastructure, we will conduct an extensive analysis to prevent and curb the improper and inappropriate use of our resources.

When required by law

Local and public security authorities may request access to data in certain situations in order to comply with the policies and laws of the countries in which we operate.
